How we decide amnionicity and chorionicity in such cases ?

At first trimester Count the number of sacs and the number of fetuses to determine chorionicity, if Each sac has only one fetus The number of amnion and chorions are equal (dichorionic diamniotic twins) ---- if Sac has two or more fetuses wait until at least 8 weeks (best 9 to 10) when the amnion is seen separate from the embryo to determine amnionicity
