How to Prepare Rice Flour For Muruku
• How to make Rice Flour...
Ingredients :
Urad dal - 1 cup(Dry Roast it and make fine powder)
Rice Flour - 5 cups
Roasted Chana dal - 1/4 cup( make fine powder)
Black sesame seeds- 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Hing - 1 tsp
Hot oil - 100ml
Cooking method:
1.in a bowl add 5 cup rice flour, 1 cup urad dal powder and 1/4 cup roasted chana dal powder and mix well the dry mix.
2.Add sesame seeds,salt and hing and mix well
3.Add hot oil to dry mix and mix well after that add water little by little and make prefect muruku mix
4.after that heat the oil and put the pressed muruku in oil and deep fry it in medium flame
