UM students stage walk out in solidarity with Palestine

Students and members of the community gathered on the University of Montana oval this afternoon to strike for Gaza.
Dozens of students participated in a walk-out in solidarity with Palestine, chanting and marching through the oval.
A social media post inviting students to join in the peaceful protest Wednesday circulated online via a new Instagram account, called "UMStudentsForPalestine"
NBC Montana spoke to a University spokesperson, and a lead protestor.

Linnea is my current TA for ornithology and after seeing this video, it would explain why none of my assignments have been graded yet. Also its a shame that they wouldn’t show two girls that gave a hand shake and high five to the man supporting Israel.

Why are they wearing masks? Who has the time to stand around with signs? Everyone I knew (myself included) were either studying or working every waking hour of the day back in those college years. Is someone paying those people to do this? Is a mask requirement part of of their job description? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Because they have no grasp on reality or relevant life experiences to fall back on. There is no mask requirement on campus, there hasn't been for over two years.
