I have one and it’s one of my most accurate guns even out shoots some PCPs to 25yards. Mine shoots about 7-8ft lbs on the regular and I get 4 mags for 2 Co2. I shoot it out to 50y and have a ton of fun with it. Such a good cheap gun!

I love the Fusion 1. It’s a killer out to 30 yrds. The only reason I bought the 2 (like literally bought it yesterday) was for the mag feed. I’m hoping this one will perform like the first one. The biggest issue I’ve had with the first one was that O ring at the co2. I’ve changed that dang thing out at least 4 times in the last few years that I’ve owned it. Otherwise the only complaint I’ve had with that gun was that. Really looking forward to this one. Hoping it lives up to at least what it’s older brother can do

I have the Canadian version that says it shoots lead at 480 fps, I sighted the scope in that it came with and at 20 yards using Stoeger x-hunt 8.64 gr pellets I dumped 4 magazines (36 shots) into a nickel size group so I’m very happy with its accuracy. I’m not brave enough yet to see if I can increase the fps, maybe after I’ve played with it for a bit I will. I found putting a dime in between the caplets helped piercing both of them with less effort.

Also looking at getting the Canadian version. Any idea how to get the gun back to factory settings. 700 fps instead of the 495. Tia geoff

I just pulled my Fusion2 back out of the Stock to get a Look into Getting a Lighter and smoother Trigger pull. Hoping to increase accuracy out to a further distance. I found where the Trigger Tension Spring is. If you Count the Number of Turns on the trigger Sear Screw, and you adjust on the Back of the trigger TWO Turns OUT (or until the trigger stops moving forward as you adjust the sear screw) this will push the Trigger Forward. Look from the Back of the Gun looking forward the Trigger Tension Spring is Under/Inside the Back of the Trigger. I was able to see the spring Much better after i backed the Sear screw out two turns and I could access the Trigger tension spring. I used a SMALL screw driver or Small needle nose pliers to pull the OEM spring OUT. The Oem spring is VERY VERY STIFF SPRING, Very hard to compress. I replaced it with a Ball point pen spring cut a Little Longer then stock spring, I put it in place and then adjusted the Sear screw to my liking. NOW it is Quite a Bit Lighter Trigger pull. This should add to the accuracy i would expect by a considerable margin, at a further distance. The Scope i have on my Fusion2 is 3x the cost of the gun, but it was all I had available without breaking down another scope/gun setup. I also Put a Small Drop of Pure silicone Lube on the sear/trigger.

I'll have to look for where I got the threaded nut to hold the bulk fill end I used from a Benjamin Maximus I did a bottle conversion on. I think the threaded nut was from a QB co2 rifle
@kidpellet65442 жыл бұрын
This is the kit that I git the black threaded nut but I used a modified Benjamin fill port. www.archerairguns.info/2011/05/new-universal-qb78-bulk-fill-adapter.html?m=1
@kidpellet65442 жыл бұрын
This is the Benjamin fill assembly I started with. I had to remove the threads so it would fit into the Fusion air tube as the threads are on the outside of the Fusion air tube www.archerairguns.com/Fill-Assembly-for-Benjamin-Discovery-p/discoveryfilladapter-me-105.htm

I had great luck with mine until I tried screwing in an 88 gram cylinder. Before I got it screwed in all the way it started depressurizing and never stopped even when it was fully tight. The 88 also dented the urethane O ring causing it to leak even when I put the dual 12 gram canister back on. I fixed the leak by pulling the O ring and flipping it so the dented face of the ring was facing away from the canister. Now it's time to order up a new O ring but it seems to be holding air just fine for now. I suggest that you stick with the the dual 12 gram tank and keep it screwed into the rifle and just removing the knurled pressure cap when swapping them out. If the bottom cartage gets stuck which it will on occasion just use you palm and bang the side rail and it will drop out. Also always put a drop of oil on the top of the cartages before installing them to ease in the removal of spent cartages. This rifle is a great deal and deadly accurate with the provided scope plus it is so quiet I can get a second shot without spooking my targets, Just ask the squirrels that use to damage my home and bird feeders.

Kinda loud to me the 1 seems quiter but like you say they are great plinkers.
@kidpellet65443 жыл бұрын
They were about the same as far as I could tell. Could have just been my phone. It amplifies what it wants like my window a/c and cancels out loud sounds like gun shots kinda randomly. I can't do a comparison now because the Fusion2 has been modified and puts out about double the energy and it's more than just a little louder now.

I went to Umarex USA, I dont see any parts available for the Fusion2 is this a Nonrepairable/Disposable Gun? I also Could Not find any Exploded View/parts list for the Fusion2 anywhere? No part availability?? for the Fusion2?
@kidpellet65443 жыл бұрын
I have no idea about Umarex man. They seem to be a "send it to us" company and very leery of product liability issues. Also not many websights are up to date these days so if you need parts you might be better off to call them. There isn't much in there to replace except the poppet valve and a few orings though. I have the HDR double barrel shotgun that spit the valve oring out. Nothing from Umarex, not even a size six can source my own

I don't know if you mentioned the 3 year warranty on the Fusion 2. I would like to see you use your modified adapter from your fusion 1 with HPA tethered to a paintball tank. 1200 psi should give better accuracy and no shooting delay like with CO2 with a big increase in FPE. I have trouble with my air release leaking CO2 before I can get it screwed all the way in. Need to wear a glove and be fast also; it started doing this after 3-4 cartridge replacements. The bulk fill foster fitting looks like a solution to me.

The bulk fill tank I made works great and has been holding co2 for weeks now.

What do you suggest to use to unblock the barrel? There is one pellet in there with a bunch of loose ones you can hear when shaking it. Tried to use the rod to unblock it from the muzzle side, only to have it bent and the thread broke off. 😤

@@kidpellet6544 Affirmative. It is out. I tried force yesterday. Bent a connecting rod and broke the thread. But the pellet came out.

Cool. They usually tap right out with a metal cleaning rod as long as the magazine comes out first.

I've been thinking about getting this gun but don't like the scope. What scope do u recommend, or do u recommend a another co2 gun in the same price range
@kidpellet65444 жыл бұрын
That scope is kinda questionable because it's all plastic. This little rifle deserves a better scope like a little UTG Bugbuster. I'd say this little co2 rifle shoots as good as any co2 rifle out to 30 or 40 yards that I've shot. Its pretty reasonably priced at most retailers. This one came from Academy Sports. The bad thing is it only comes in .177 cal. But the good part about that is the pellets are cheaper. It has a pretty good trigger and its adjustable. Its multi shot with two mags. It's real quiet and definitely backyard friendly. I have not yet begun to mod it internally but I have made an adapter to put my regulated Gauntlet bottle on it, the same one I used on my Air Javelin in another video. The regulator is set at 1100 psi and the Fusion II is shooting at 720 fps without any other changes. Going to make a short video showing it soon.

What happened when the first co2 cartridge is not been punctured, only the firs is, and by 20 shots start loosing power cause is only one tank that is punctured. Any suggestions???
@kidpellet65443 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure. Did you put the co2's in the right way? The first faces to the gun and the second faces away from the gun. They should both puncture when you tighten the cap on the dual 12 gram adapter

I asked UmarexUSA for an Exploded View of the Fusion2, they sent me one, i will use this incase i need to open up my Fusion2 they sent with it a YOU CANNOT SHARE anything in the E-mail Clause with it, so I cannot share it, Anyone that wants an Exploded view will have to Contact UmarexUSA to get an exploded View of the Fusion2.

Looking at the exploded View of the Fusion2 a Pin holds the the Hammer Spring Rear Cap in Place, drift the pin out and the Rear cap which is Under Spring pressure, You could maybe add a washer or two here to Create More spring pressure, on the Hammer/Hammer spring for a Greater FPS Increase, while I had that apart I would Clean that area out with a wood dowel and T-Shirt and see how Gritty & Grimey it was in there, as you want the hammer to Move Smoothly and as Fast as Possible, I would Also look at how smooth the O.D. of the Hammer is, and the Hammers Bore it rides in is, looking For a Very Smooth Fast Hammer strike, Maybe use a Graphite Dry Lube in there after cleaning. Checking FPS with a Chronograph to compare. When I cleaned My Barrel Bore on the Fusion2 It was THE DIRTIEST and Grimiest Barrel I have Ever Seen, a Lot of Thick Gritty Grimey Garbage came out of the Barrel Bore, I had to Pull 16 Patches through the Barrel to get it Clean. I also Cleaned out the inside of the C02 x2 adaptor, it had a Lot of Thick Cosmo lean style Thick Lube that I removed with a wood dowel and T-Shirt, add a drop or two Crosman ONLY Lube to inside of co2 adaptor to lube metal. I wanted to Polish the Trigger Contact parts with some Glitz Polishing compound, and then reduce the Trigger spring pressure somewhat by flexing the spring quite a few time to reduce tension, to see if i can get the trigger pull weight reduced a little bit.

I may also do a Toilet Paper test to check for Co2 Leaks, drape a piece of toilet paper over the Breech long enough to hang down over the stock by an Inch or two then check look at the Toilet Paper when taking the shot to see if the toilet paper MOVES at All, The Two O-rings that attach the Barrel to the action could have a tear in them upon assembly, and may need replacing. I will Also add Three Orings to the indents in the Cocking Handle for a better Cocking feel.

The Co2 cartridges are leaking on my sons brand new fusion2 pellet rifle. What would be the most likely cause? Bad o-ring somewhere? What size and where is it on the rifle? Air can be heard escaping through the loading chamber when the bolt is pulled back. Any suggestions?
@kidpellet65443 жыл бұрын
Sounds like the valve stem is leaking. If you fix it yourself, and you can, it will likely void the warranty. Theres only pins that hold that half of the valve in and it's pretty straight forward. I would definitely call Umarex either way because they are the only ones that will have the new valve stem anyway. They dont exactly condone any home repairs but have been known to send out parts.
