You are absolutely wonderful. I cannot think of any other channel more encouraging to a new shooter. You have put the fun back in shooting.

Nicely done Rick, I can't wait to see you shoot a rice grain off of a balloon at 150yards at night in a storm without popping the balloon LOL. The Gauntlet certainly makes hard for any folks sitting on the PCP fence to stay there long. Impressive accuracy and not a pellet snob +1

Nice shooting. Like your positive and enthusiastic approach to airguns. Wish I had a place like that to shot, sweet. And domed pellets are the best. Living in Sweden, I dont think we can buy the Gauntlet yet. But I think the Gauntlet is going to be 10/22 of PCP's in the end. Lots of tuning and trimming, (Watch Hajimotos vids) and in the end aftermarket parts. Interesting to see in the future.

Thanks for posting this. Can you tell me what the head size was on the JSB pellets you were using? I just ordered a gauntlet off of eBay for 249. I think that's an outstanding deal from what I've seen. And it comes with a barrel band from what I'm told. I mostly shoot those crosman pellets in either 7.9 or the magnums only the pointed ones though. They shoot really well for cheap pellets. It's hard to beat jsb's, one of the best pellets on the market.

I'm In Lancaster, PA. neighbor ;) I understand as I setup an 18 yard range in my basement. I have a bunch of pellets I do not see in your selection that work great. Obviously they probably do not sponsor your channel, but one does, Crosman. I ONLY buy the "Box" of their pellets as I have found the "can" is crap. The box 7.9 is my go-to pellet because all of my rifles use it, pumps included. Boxed Crosman are WAY more consistent and within a hair of the expensive pellets' accuracy. You always use Crosman, but always canned. Is Crosman sending them to you directly? I gave up on the cans from stores due to the wild inconsistencies which I do NOT have from the boxes. Finally, do you use "Green" lead free pellets? I'm looking to buy for indoor that don't cost 3 times the lead prices.
@shooter17217 жыл бұрын
Jerry I live just outside of Lancaster , pa . Crosman does send canned pellets to me and boxed pellets . I use a lot of different pellets . My favorite lead free is GTO made by predator international. Thanks for your comments.

Hello, I recently purchased one of the rifles that you are mentioning in this video. I have a problem with my PCP rifle. I bought it brand new. After unboxing I pumped the rifle to 3000lbs. Tried siting it to 15 yards and on the third shot air started to come out slowly out from which the pellet goes in. Then within seconds all the air starting rushing out and when I tried to pump more air I noticed that that's where air was leaking out from. How do I fix? Rifle came with repair kit.

If you have time I will wait patiently for response. I enjoy watching your videos and deciding to upgrade. I have post problems hanging around my chickens at night. Some want their food and others want them for food. Would kindly appreciate some help if you have the time. Thanks

Bring my QB79 with same regulated Ninja bottle and match the Umarex Gauntlet because in fact the Umarex Gauntlet is nothing more but a QB79 with plastic covers. And yes i own the Umarex Gauntlet .22 version. Of course i like the rifle just was not happy after i removed the stock to find a QB79 under the plastic that was way underpowered until i did the same tweaks i did to my QB79 now can carry the heavy lead down range with the energy needed at long range.
@mayankbanerjee33557 жыл бұрын

If you have the .177 caliber, treasure it and stock up on magazines now. From what I can tell, they quit making it in this caliber, so parts and accessories will soon dry up.

Gauntlet or discovery?
@shooter17216 жыл бұрын
William Richins Gauntlet is regulated 70 shots Discovery 27 shots Accuracy even for me I have a disco that shoots 1/2 at 50 and the Gauntlet 1/2 at 50 . Weight Gauntlet is heavier . Both can be modded . One advantage is the bottle reg on the gauntlet can be changed to a higher psi . Which puts it into the hunter class .
