0:59 the look on the pitchers face while he’s playing lookout on the ump is hilarious 😂 my man understood the assignment of being petty and he held himself back from breaking character very well

Baseball, without a shadow of a doubt, is the pettiest sport in the world and its not even remotely close Edit: Seeing a lot of soccer suggestions and I can definitely get with that but to me baseball, because it's so much smaller, really showcases the peaks of sports pettiness while soccer it's a bit more common with things like flopping and such. Something like umpires being the ones to initiate a fight or argument is only prevalent in baseball which will forever blow my mind lmao

My favorite un-written rule is that when a relief pitcher is pitching to a relief pitcher at bat (a rare occurrence) they are only to throw fastballs. If they throw anything other than fastballs then the next time the pitcher gets an at-bat against any relief pitcher (regardless of the teams or the years that had passed) that pitcher is to hit them on the first pitch. I've seen it happen and the pitching coach had to explain it to the manager as to why his pitcher just threw at an easy out.
