He was my lecturer at the University of Transkei, United. When I did my LLM degree with UNISA I used my assignment I wrote on Labor Law, which he lectured us on. I got higher marks. Im still keeping those assignments. For what, I don't know. I just love them. He was a good lecturer. His mother was from Flagstaff, uMaNyawuza. I love my lecturer. If he were impeached, South Africa would lose one of the best Judges in the country. Another thing, the gentleman is very active and diligent, naturally. Think of the best research he always did for his cases.

Judiciary is captured by external forces, Zuma had judgements against him as a president, now tell me which judgements are against Ramaphosa? Mogoeng once alluded to what I'm saying, integrity is important. You can have ethics in a world of chaos. If he were captured, he would have taken that R10m cash out and bow out of the bench. JP Mandlakayise Hlope is pursued and persecuted because he is not captured.
