We’ve got the same walking boots…lovely and comfy but not very wet resistant ….I do reapply the wet replenish now and then. Scotland really are for camper vans…and thus camper van people care for the facilities. That’s how it should be….. Love Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Hope you …both had a love Christmas. Hari OM Yes, "Hoick", well-pronounced, Mandy! Part of my home territory, I know it so well. The drinking water tap is on the other side (roadside) of that wooden fence from the toilet disposal point. The town does have much to recommend it; museums, galleries, good eateries, plenty of supermarkets, a fabulous park - just up from where you slept... I'm so glad you enjoyed it and defo worth revisiting. They are making a fine job of the flood defences, making a super park-like area and walking spots....
