Man ChrisG has improved so much since when he first picked up Morrigan. Back then he was pure zoning and everyone hated him, now he's learned Morrigan rushdown and become a way bigger threat. Pretty cool to see someone continuously improve like that.

Evo in the FGC is treated much like say, the Super Bowl or the Stanley Cup. If you win it, you're the champion until the following year or when you get knocked out of the play offs. Viscant was called The Champ from Evo 2011 all the way until he was knocked out of Evo this year. AE isn't even Fuudo's main game and he was still top 16 in one of the most stacked Evo turn outs for the game to date.

No it's not what the hell. They have sets after tournaments for fun and they do some MM for fun that aren't so high stakes. A tournament is a way to brag based on your placement. If you are higher you are better. It's about winning in tournaments. This game is some people's lives so it should be serious.
