It's really not too bad for only 3 bars. I'm too rusty to know of a specifically better combo, but i think the advantage is that it gains 3 bars starting from 0. Good for Dante on point if he chose to spend 2 bars on a DT combo against the opposing point, leaving him empty for the second. The team is not bad overall. Dante can handle himself on point, hmissile is hmissile and Dante can level up Frank pretty well, so this combo isn't a bad tool to have if you wanna burn two bars on your first touch and still have kill power for their second.
