Sir.....in Liddle syndrome, it's only ENaC overactivity.......it doesn't affect ROMK per say.....and aldosterone level is also low here.....then how come K+/H+ excretion is occurring to that extent that leads to metabolic alkalosis!!!!????

Sir I had a doubt Even in case of Liddle syndrome due to hypertension ANP will be secreted. So here also there should be escape in the same way as aldosterone escape.

Aldosterone we say when our body escape excessive effect of aldosterone, even when there is lot of aldosterone there is no oedema , here its bcoz of Enac aldosterone is already low
