@47:00 president has the power to proclamation of emergency, but it isn't his discretionary power right ? He will proclaim only when he gets written Request from the cabinet of Ministers! Making it again a rubber stamp role. Isn't ? In declaring war too, he will declare war only upon receiving written Request from council of Ministers, isn't it ? After listening to sir, and understanding the concepts, my answers would be. Whether he is a rubber stamp ? - somewhat yes. But should his office be removed ? Definitely No.
