That's an out-of-the-ordinary catch, no doubt. But why Does it look like to me that the boundary rope was not in place? Has any one else noticed that?

This is the CLEANEST angle to end all the controversy for Surya's catch. Between 3:13 and 3:16 if you slow the video down to 0.25x speed you can see that there is a clear gap between the boundry line and his left foot.
