Actually, the cool thing here is that Dave and his son Eddie did the work and put good people working for them to the task of creating this tribute to golf. I'm guessing they used their intelligence and hard earned relationships to save a lot on this personal creation.
@elmalloc7 жыл бұрын
The relationship of hard work and dedication does not have everything to do with financial success. There are many people who work hard and have nothing (financially). There are many people who don't work as hard as others and have unlimited income. My 720sq. ft Jack Nicklaus green was 15K. This green/course would be at least 100-200K if fully outsourced. Usually it's $15-20 a square foot. The home looks like it's 2MM. Classified as a wealthy individual.

Reuben Ahmed. I've built greens just like this for the past two years for The rich and famous in South Florida. This would cost close to a million dollars all said and done. The synthetic turf is very pricey plus he's in Texas so he needs to spray the entire course with a liquid cooling product that is crazy expensive.

Mn_Hockey34 lol me too brother! I have a 4" cup made out of pvc. I weedeat the green in holidays and when my brother and I are together for the weekend. It's about 130 yards. Plays right to left. Sits in the back of the horse pasture! My mom even miss my fairways sometimes. It's about the love of the game. People like us can't afford a 100$ round of golf every weekend so we improvise. It's true love my friend. Howdy from Texas!
