I wasn’t able to go there, but I was there in spirit!! Day 89 Carnivore!! I am so happy for all these American people who have found a proper human diet!! It makes my heart swell!! Watching Sandy and her husband and him almost cry (he was crying almost) I know exactly how he feels! I honestly didn’t plan to be around long. I knew for a fact that I was dying! It was slow death but it goes faster and faster as it progresses! It will snowball!! And get so away from you that you have no hope. Because you just know there’s nothing you can do about it!! I know that is what I felt like and I am not different than anyone else. So I know so many people feel the same way! It’s why I weep when I think about all the people suffering under doctors orders! Oh man! I used to kill for gummy bears!! Looks like a great time! Enjoy all! Stay safe

I never even heard about carnivore until November or December 2023. I watched KZbin and played the Google game. Nothing has ever made more sense. I went full blown carnivore January 1st 2024. I’ve done great and I feel great. There were a couple times where I didn’t prepare and ate processed meat(Italian Sausage). Pain the next day and up in weight do to retaining water and high inflammation. Spices I’m sure. I do my best with beef and salt. My 90 day labs were great. Looked way better than 6 months prior to carnivore. I love this lifestyle. I wish my family understood and did it with me. I loved you had this meet up. Would love to go to one someday.

@@mooncat.787 I ate pretty much anything. I still ate meat. I just ate it with lots of sides. Pasta or potatoes and some kind of vegetable. I ate junk food all day long. I absolutely loved sweets. Pastry’s and candy. Coke Zero… I thought I couldn’t live without. I ate! All the food. Lol It was definitely hard for me at first. I didn’t ease into anything. I went full carnivore January 1st. I had pain and explosive diarrhea. Once that got better… man! I live a whole different life. I can function better and feel I’m a better person all around. I feel healthy.

@@katherinemarshall6929 So you literally went cold turkey from the SAD diet to Carnivore. That's impressive. I was Keto for three years (under 20 grams of carbs a day) to Carnivore like you in January of this year. I'll be honest, losing those carbs has been an absolute killer. Just wasn't expecting it to be so hard, so what you've achieved is remarkable. Well done you.... Keep going girl.

I'm 75 and started Carnivore yesterday. Blood sugar last night was 160. Haven't had that happen in a long time. Was keto with my best friend and I had lost about 150 lbs. I had started at 350 lbs. Unfortunately, my BFF's heart was too far gone and she passed away last year and I went back to eating crap and gained back 35 pounds. My blood sugar went super high ( it didn't go down to normal on keto ) but it has gone as high as 450. Decided I had enough of the high B.S. and the high blood pressure and the pain in my back and hips. Just made a deal with my husband who has severe emphysema that if my blood sugar and high blood pressure go down to the normal range that he will go carnivore with me. I showed him the Dr. Berry video where he said that the lungs can heal. Thought since he complains so much about how it is getting worse that he has to stop because he runs out of breath he would want to jump on the Carnivore with me. pray for him to see the light. Quitting buying junk food for him as of today. will either give away or slowly throw away all the carbs.

🎉🎉Jen… you don’t know me but you are my inspiration. I have failed on so many diets all my life. Trust me when I say I’ve tried them all. Well… all except for one. Like you I love salad. I have many health issues and lots of arthritis at 60yo so I strongly believe that there is something in the food that doesn’t like me. I am addicted to food I love it so much! I have a family of alcoholics and I lost family members because of it. I asked myself this question recently… what makes me any different from them? I don’t drink but my addiction is food. It’s still addiction. And if I don’t figure it out, the food will figure it out for me. So that is my why. I want to break the addiction habit and take my life back. I watched you try the carnivore diet the first time and I’ve been following Kerry for a long time. I am now watching you do this carnivore way of life with a whole new attitude ( that suits you well by the way). You are doing fantastic so stay strong and keep up the great work. It’s especially hard for you since Kerry teases you with cinnamon rolls in Costco lol ( yes I watched that video). I would have died if he did that to me. You just told him no and for that I am proud of you. So…. Because of your journey you made me think about my why and I started the carnivore diet yesterday. It’s the only diet I have never tried. I love meat so I hope it’s enough to make me not eat all of the other foods that I love until I no longer desire them. Thanks for giving this a second chance because you inspired me.🎉🎉❤

@Smiley-jn1vp That was such a heart-felt tribute. Wow, such wisdom, and I know you can do it. I love Kerry's whole family and am so amazed at the way they've come together over this amazing and radical change of lifestyle. But I've secretly rooted for Jen because I struggled the same way she has done (I was raw vegan for 3 years, then vegetarian for 10 more years). But when I discovered how much I LOVE eating steak, I was completely shocked! It's so GOOD!! I had no idea what I was missing. It's been almost 2 years now and I'll never go back to SAD and the horrible carb addictions I struggled with. Not ever! Stick with it, I believe in you!

Now, I can eat and be satiated and have energy and not worry about weight! It’s just amazing to look back and think how the majority of my life, I “starved” my body.

Hello. Thank you so much for the inspiring videos. I'm a woman from Norway, and I've been eating animal products on and off for a little over a year. I have lost about 18 kg and have become much better in many ways. I'm really looking forward to your film coming out, and hope it will also come out on Norwegian Netflix.

Great video. Hard to hear at times because of the background noise, but I think i got most of it. The ad that followed the vid was for St. Jude and featured a precious child having to battle cancer. Tears began rolling down my face immediately as i found myself wondering if (a) it could have been avoided through diet, and (b) it could be successfully treated by diet. 😢

Hi Kerry and family, I’ve been afraid to comment on your videos because like others there’s so much to this, like a fiber optic light that blooms out a hundred different ways. For me personally I’m a stage 3 breast cancer survivor, which is awesome , I’m alive!, but it has left me with a whole array of medical issues. Toxic neuropathy in my hands and feet, I had a stroke which led to a year of recovery, memory issues, mobility problems and type 2 diabetes. I currently weigh about 272, my highest ever weight was 380. Sickness mostly took pounds off, I have lost about 10 pounds this past month. Those are the major issues for myself. Then I have my mom who lives with my family, she is 76 and has every single health issue you can think of the biggest being CHF and kidney failure and end stage liver disease. She is on dialysis 3x wkly. Currently she has been in the hospital for the past 3 weeks, having daily dialysis and been fighting a sepsis diagnosis that they don’t know where the infection stems from. She at one point had over 40 liters of fluid in her. How does that happen. The doctors are telling her not to consume too much protein, it’s making me crazy. My husband snores ridiculously every night, although he’s built like a brick tish house lol. He works his butt off and spends his off time mostly on the couch. My youngest son 18, has been having GI issues for years along with a lot of depression. But what I’m most concerned about is my 19 yr old son, who is a really great guy. He’s in college but he can’t control his weight. We’ve watched that number grow since he’s been almost 4. I have so much guilt for where he is in his health. We started the carnivore in the fall but with a busy life, holidays we fell off in November. We all gained weight with vigor. About a month ago I decided to get back on it, adding more meat and eggs to all of our meals. Finally a week ago my husband decided not to buy the weekly 4-5 cases of pop depending on the sale. Which makes it easier for all of us, that’s one of my personal issues. But if it’s not here…. But my sweet boy is struggling so badly. I’ve been avoiding this part Zachary is getting back on carnivore also in the past few days. I asked him to do a starting weight and he came to me in tears because the number is tremendous. I don’t feel I have the right to share that personal information with out his knowledge. He’s very depressed and I think he feels somewhat hopeless. I try to talk to him about all of these things, but he gets very mad when anyone brings up his weight. I’m so worried about him it’s ripping my heart out. I need to get him finally on a good path and healthy, so he can be happy in his life. My poor choices as his mom is killing him. Even those times I thought I was feeding him meals that were “healthy “ and sadly they were anything but. I send them all most of your videos and Dr Berry’s all the time in hopes something will get a spark in them. My own carnivore journey is rocky but getting better, I know I have to give up my morning coffee, at least the way I like it. Honey and creamer. Also I do eat a small apple everyday. Isn’t there a saying slow and steady wins the race?! I think my ignorance is showing. Thank you Kerry for all you do and sharing it with the world. Perhaps one day you’ll come to the Buffalo, New York area for a meet up. Sorry this is so long, I could write a book I think.

You can do it! Do it for yourself first, and in the process you get to be the example for your daughter as you get better and better. It works!

Aww thank you. My best advice is to be the best example you can. She will see your success and it will plan to seed it may take a while. You can’t push you can’t be too pushy. It won’t work.
