Oil engine. It's not a diesel; it doesn't use compression ignition, but instead uses a hot bulb pre-cup system. I think these were a seamless development into indirect-injection Diesels (like a 6.2 GM/Detroit).

@@kirgan1000 I was talking about the eletric one, and i assume that you are talking about the diesel. The only other reason i see is if they run all mills at full load, maybe the eletric can overheat, but nonetheless is still a nice powerful motor, but weaker than the diesel.
