I have those exact gumlites on a red wing classic moc that I had resoled. I really like them, very light and comfortable compared to the hard ass red wing stock soles.

A question by a user of regular boots and leather shoes, why instead of cork you don't use a good eva, it seems softer and confy also don't absorb too much moisture.

Eso asi y estoy 1000% con el compa Aaron. La suela 1705 es la mejor, bien comoda y la mejor para la Iron Ranger en mi opinion. 💯👏

No necesariamente pero cada persona decide cuanto y en qué gastar su dinero, en ocasiones las botas necesitan nuevas suelas y otras es por puro gusto y placer.
