Ducati for decades has been known as the luxury sport bike brand. You are not paying for extra or performance...you are paying for the name brand. Something that rich people can spend their money on.

Ducati now is incorporating more than just paint scheme's to their limited bikes. The new Tricolore gets a special braking upgrade, but is it really enough? Time will tell. Definitely not for us. For the prices they ask for these bikes, you might as well make your own custom edition which will be 1 of 1.

Incorrect they were/ are a skateboarding group in Manhattan i grew up skating with & would create custom boards & t-shirts that caught on with young broker & athletic talent & blew-up, the law suit you speak of was thrown out for being meritless due to it being in a noncompeting industry or reference & still paid they them a settlement in good faith & also acquired the trademark in the closing agreement. Supreme only collaborates with the hight companies in any given industry & offer limited & rare versions of the partnered company highest quality product. Also specializing in the GoD Tier meme products for those who are loyal collectors of the brand.

The reason why so many dealerships have closed in the uk is for the exact reason you spoke about. You hardly ever see brand new sports bikes being riden over here anymore as they are priced far to expensive. Proper bike riders want to ride & enjoy the freedom. Most sports bikes on the road now are older machines because there is no need, all these gimmicks, electronics, high end matterials etc. Its why Royal enfield, triumph & c=new chinese bikes are sell well....they are priced at an affordable prices, where you dont have to worry, enjoy the rider & insurance companies dont sting you.

@@JaretCampisi i honestly think most riders these days would be middle aged & not young like they used to be. Iv raced & ridden since the age of 7. My own personal view is - whats the point of all these new exotic expensive materials, electronics & aero packages when you will never get the full feel et on the roads. Alot seem to be gimmick based like expensive cars. As consumers we are not stupid & normal bike riders who love riding know this. Thats why in my view, sports bikes are on the decline. Far To expensive when all you want to do is go for a nice ride of meet up. Watch all these new bikes from China start selling because of the competitive prices. Especially with younger riders that get a lovely looking bikes that are not over priced for what they will be used for. As for track day use sales / thats a different story.

As someone who buys bikes like these as a show piece and as you said a living room piece.....yes we kinda ruined the market but tbh and as you said most people cant afford these and its fine i get it and yes i get that these dont get ridden cause value and so on but these are usually just the same as a normal V4s and so on so if you wanna ride it buy a normal one and keep the special version for those who want it.....dont agree with the idea but its a middle ground. As for the normal versions costing 32k, yes its alot but then again these are the top of the top in terms of performance and that has to come at a price....and ofc the old addage of if they keep buying them you can charge as you want, at the end ducati is a business and they like to stay in the green and this is a good way to do it

The Lambo Diavel made sense because of the Sian. Limited car alongside a Limited Bike. Sure the Streetfighter was connected to the STO, but Sian vs STO is 🍎 and 🍊 😆 If Ducati wants to ever go that route again, the Lambo/Bentley/Whatever edition has to be HyperCar status.

This bike is targeted for the ones who know and if you know you know… but I agree with this though, Who does Ducati want their bikes to go to? Riders or collectors? This will determine if Ducati is still true to the game. Here’s an idea though they should search through out all their dealerships and collect mileage data and sell the bike’s to the real riders for a damn good deal and wallah! There’s your advertisement. Let’s go!!!! I’m here repping for Vegas Ducati (50 miles daily).

It's a Supreme thing. When you think of it, designer brands $ are already ridiculous. Some people will buy Jordans for $20k. Supreme Louie hoodies for $5k. A collectors item that is "rare" probably will be worth the $50k to a bike enthusiast who also is a big Supreme fan. I'd expect this bike to do well in Cali and maybe NY.

this Supreme SF is for sure a collectors bike, for 50K nope, me personally would get the SP SF, but again its a collectors bike, ie will gain value, spend 50K now sell later for 100K etc. and yeah Ducatis seems to be doing a lot of limited bikes lol, even the V4S Pecco or Martin Pans are what 80K cnd... nuts lol cheers

I agree 100% with your outlook on just about every point in this video. The supreme, not for me. I’m not crazy about the brand why would I be about this edition. Also, their special editions have gotten outrageously priced. Their standard bikes are beginning to be overpriced. I mean for $30k for the standard V4S at least throw a fuel gauge and cruise on it! I have a 22SF V4S and those are my only gripes. My only disagreement with this video though is I do think the artist was just meaning to do a cartoon of the street fighter…I just think it inadvertently ended up looking more like the Yami!

The Tail Red is a different shade of Red on the Gas Tank. Why? It's too expensive. Pricing it out of most people's price range. I prefer my 1995 Ducati 916. 14,000 miles only.

Most of the haters fail to understand is the collector value of The 1st Ducati collab in history from another company. Ducati has never collaborated with another company in its history, which has huge collector value. This is truly limited & will never be done again. Lamborghini, Bentley & Ducati are all owned by Audi-Volkswagon so the other bike partnerships aren't true collaborations or even rare. This is a 1of1 project that collectors will grab & will without sky-rocket in value of time.
