I absolutely LOVED having a Hamster Mail subscription! I had it for 6 months & got to the point where I had too many treats as I only have 2 hamsters😆 As for their ingredients, they always try to keep the treats healthy. My suggestion for Elm would be to watch giving her too many sugary treats. Dwarf hamsters are prone to diabetes, so a little bit every once in a while.
