Honestly a great video showing the basics of this printer. I'm on the fence of getting either this or the X1C but I'm starting to lean towards this for my needs and saved $700-ish instead. Thanks for the great video~!

As a newbie can someone please explain to me why it needs to make that extra “part” to change colors? Also the waste from the “poop chute” why does that occur?

When changing filaments, there is still plastic in the nozzle. Therefore it needs to to those steps so when it changes filament, you get the color you are supposed to get instead of getting it mixed with the one before the change.

seem nice printer but it shit too much waste... could be nice if u can reduce shit waste on each color change...

i manual change filament and it dont need more than 2cm of the new color to be able see it nicely.. but if each layer have many color .. maybe better go for a second or third nozzle ... how much g is wasted each time color change? can u quantify that?
