That is a heavy bag stand. You should hang it from the ceiling so that the middle of the bag is at your forehead, stand up straight. This lets you move around and help with keeping your hands up and punching upward, rather than lazily at chest level.

Yo where do I get 12 oz gloves that are my size? It says my hands are a size large and say that that’s a size 14 oz. I want 12 oz gloves though, what do I do?

You just need to try different glove brands out, 12oz in different brands will be different sizes. It’s just trial and error unfortunately. I got a pair of gloves tried them, they weren’t a fit for me and a few weeks later had to get another.
