yeah for sure, thankfully the Y60 has no sharp edges, which is great. You will see in the video a cut on my arm, I actually got that from opening the box hahahah, it was for the box for the liquid cooling unit I will be using in this system though, not this box.

Is there a panel to close a huge gap at the back of the case where some air coolers can be installed? I hate cases that have big openings that are not covered as it makes it so much harder to create positive pressure inside the case.

you mean that large area where usually a 120 or 140mm fan would go, no there is no panel.

This is the third review about the Y60 I've watched (yes I find the aesthetic interesting), but I just can't justify the price. I hope other case makers experiment with this design idea!

@@TheGwarGaru ​ I get what you mean, the look isn't mind blowing by any means, but it works and it works well. While I have not finished up with the Y60, I have gotten reports from some users (you can scroll down and find 1 or 2) that have heat issues. Mind you, I don't know their experience, so it could be 100% them, or the case, no idea but I hope to get some free time to get back to this case, I just have a storm of stuff to review flying at me right now. and I bought the case to review, I have time lines to keep up with people that send me stuff to review, I don't with product I buy and HYTE NEVER responds to my emails, so I don't have an opportunity to work with them directly, sad.

@@ThisBytesForYou maybe you can help me with my last question. I want to use the B550 Aorus Elite V2 as a ATX mainboard and a Silent Loop 2 360 at the top of the case. At the moment I just would hope that it fit. But that's a bit risky. By any chance, can you assess if this is possible? I thought about how I want my cooling system for the last 2 hours and this would be the best solution for my build.

If they are from different chipsets you will lose performance. Well, the top can take it, but I don't know if that specific one will fit

Liked & Subscribed, great video. But I have to point out when you took that back panel off and rotated it (The corner hit the case), and then when you rotated it back you hit the case again. Made my teeth grind. :D Great content though, keep it up! :) I'm waiting for my y60 to come in, should be here any minute now.

I love your channel! My first time building a pc i have rtx3090ti can it fit in this case? Also is it bad for gpu to be mounted vertically?

Yes, since they are both the same length, but I don't recommend this case since it puts the card too close to the glass. People that use this case usually have the side panel off, I don't recommend it. Oh wow I can't believe you have an unboxing of this too! I just spotted this case randomly on my feed the other day and the build really caught my eye. Although I was a bit disappointed because I thought its a huge case from the looks of it but its the normal size : ( The build that I saw looked pretty big, maybe cause of the camera angle or the shot. Anyways, amazing video once again !! By the way I wanted to ask have you ever done a build in Corsair 1000D? That mammoth of a casing is my dream casing. I really love it. Simply because of its huge size.. I love huge casings. If you haven't done 1000D, have you done anything similar in size? I Just have a thing for huge cases hehe

I been out of the pc build game for a long time, i am in the process of deaigning my new pc, but sadly unlike most gamers today, i hate RGB dominates the build etc, i am looking for an splitter to plug all the rgb in and be able to turn it off with a remote, i seen a couple looks like it is all just personal preference, however any suggestion on it? I am looking at this case which brings me to the video, not a huge rgb fan (i know its a shame) haha

no worries my friend, not everyone likes RGB, nothing wrong with that. yeah, but no worries, its a brand new case, it will happen, it should come back in stock soon. Sadly, I don't have any affiliation to Hyte, so I can't asked them anything. I am hoping these videos peaks their interest, but who knows.
