Unboxing ~ Angell Studio BJD & Dollar Store Dolly Treasures!

I have such a hard time resisting these lovely Angell Studio sculpts! Join me as I unbox and review an SD (1/3) scale Angell Studio head on a Fantasy Angel BJD body. I'm so happy to add her to my clan.
Then we'll take a look at the adorable toy doll collection, "Friends Forever Club," available at Dollar Tree stores. I thought they were so cute and just had to check them out!

Thank you! Though fun and exquisite, this hobby can also be very discouraging due to cost. My own crew has been assembled slowly over the course of several years, and I'm happy to share tips that have made my own "BJD adventure" more manageable. 😊

I agree with the one piece torso. How many times do you really use the multi torso bodies. I really don’t. I’ve been collecting bjd’s for over 27 years.

ive often had success removing tape from boxes with hair dryers. also, seconding leeryknight's praise

Thank you! Does the hair dryer make for easy removal of adhesive residue as well?

@@missysimaginings1 in my experience with regular packaging tape, its harder/less likely to remove the longer its been exposed to air

Which one is 2nd hand market do you use? I don’t see anything good on eBay :(

@RinaDasler ~ I shop on ebay ~ but I do very specific searches for what I want. I also check often. Many of my items were lucky finds that were very new "buy-it-now" posts. A couple of my dolls were listing's that had only been up for a few minutes, so I was able to get them before a lot of people had seen the listings.

@RinaDasler ~ So sorry to hear you had a bad purchase experience. I can only say I always read through seller feedback scores & comments before I buy. I have also purchased directly from Resinsoul with positive results & I know they have replacement hands in a variety of sizes. They also have a variety of resin colors.
