Hi, they're changed to the same model) After 5 months works good, very quiet, high quality of sound and great screen colors, long battery work. Sometimes it starts to work loudy, freeze himself and the screen doesn't turn on (it happened several times), but after few minutes it continues to work normally. My rating 8/10

Yes, it was in a box with the laptop.

@@timeleaper101 Did you get any issues with sound speakers? Because our example has not working speakers and also troubles with wifi drivers

@@MrPanchos95 I had no issues with the speakers. They sounded stellar right out of the box. Perhaps, the speakers of your laptop is faulty?

@@timeleaper101 yes, it doesn't work. We've gave away laptop by the guarantee and waiting for the new one soon :)

We had the problems with dynamics and our shop changed this for another laptop. It‘s only few days that new one came to us, and all I can say now that it’s realy fast, sound is very loud and good bright screen. We will try to make a video about that)

Mine didn't come with a backpack, these manuals or Ethernet adapter. Did you get yours directly from Asus?

Hi, no, we bought it on ukrainian website “Rozetka” On the description of laptop we have read that it come with cover, but in a box we found the backpack)
