I'm fine with the phone. It has the best display, the best camera, the best security, and the best software experience. The only thing disappointing was the battery and RAM but with Android 8.0 and 9.0 emphasizing better battery life and how Google's Android can be optimized with the Pixel lineup for better RAM usage like the iPhones, I'm not too disappointed. Also if you want to get the Pixel 3XL they give you the option to hide the notch (which isn't ideal but its something). The phone is also priced $200 below the iPhone XS and the Note 9, which seems fair in my opinion.

The notch is present only in "Plus size" models. It looks few nanometers taller than iPhone's, but half of the width of what is on XS. Google does not try its best to hide it like Crapple, actually incorporates it as a design component, and with its curved shape it makes good contrast with more straight and sharp lines of the frame. It includes USBC ear phones in the box. so your hardly ever need a jack. It costs the same as iPhone XR which is only 720p display phone. And the best ML experience.
