I purchased from them also for extra drill storage. Except I bought their trunk one. Saw Mrs. Coffee unbox one and had to get one. Oh and I store behind the tabs.

Oh also line the bottom of the box with felt. That will stop everything from shifting and falling over

I made something very similar with a photo box/gift box from the dollarama and colourful index cards. On the top of each card I have a small label with the number of the drills. I also have one side for round and the other for square.

I tried making something like this a few months back and it just didn't work out. I like how this system seems to be quite sturdy. Worth checking out, but for now I use a 3 inch binder with baseball card sleeves to store my drills.

I don’t keep regular spares only ABs. I purchased her AB option. I loved her shop and customer service.

Most of these types of storage systems I've seen the baggies go behind your card identifying what color/number it is.

I have purchased from her before. My boxes have tighter fitting dividers. But I did buy another larger one. With all ABs and crystal . I can not wait for it. But like you it might take me a long time to get it done.

I think that is an excellent idea to store your extra drills in and once you have more in it it will be less messy.

I think I'm going to need to get these dividers. 🤩 I already have plenty of boxes, but it love how these dividers look compared to mine. 😂

I bought this system a few months back and LOVE it. I didn't get the AB's or a set for round and a set for squares. I don't have enough extra's yet. I didn't buy the box, but got one at Michaels here in Canada for my box $2.99. Smaller but adequate.

I purchased one from her last year and really like it. I use it to store my square drills. I made another one myself for my rounds but it's not quite as nice as the one I purchased.

I use the photo box method to store my spares, I made them myself but think it’s awesome there are shops that do it for you lol. It looks like the foam board may have been cut a little short, I prefer them to be a little more snug. You could put some double sided tape on the bottom of the foam board to secure them to the bottom of the box. I personally put the drill baggies behind their number card, that just works better for my brain! Thanks for sharing 🤗

Just go buy a piece of foam board to put horizontal. It can then be moved as the column gets bigger. You can cut it in two inch sections or however wide your column is.

Hey Lindsey 😁 Thanks for the storage solutions! I've been looking at these from this Etsy seller for like a year, but they're sooo expensive...but worth it! One of these days I'll pull the trigger! 🥰💖💖 xx Cynthia

I bought boxes from Flawsome too. Then I found them at Hobby Lobby for $4.99. So I won’t do it again. I also saw the trunks for $34.99. Just wanted you to know.

The nice thing with that is that if you have different shades of the same number you can keep both bags in with that number and just label the bag as the company. IE DYM for DIYMoon DYM 300 DD (dreamer designs) 300 DAC 300 (in case the shades are different. Pretty cool. And check your 434 I think you put it in front of 433 just fyi. I have the connecting plastic sliding drawer container I messaged you about and I think once a canister is full I'll bag them up and either put them in a "notebook" I'm just not sure. The boxes are a bit big for me as the issue you were having would frustrate me to no end...lol

That’s a cool concept, but personally wouldn’t work for me. I use the baggies to store extra drills and label them with the dmc # and symbol. Then I place all the baggies of drills in a larger ziploc bag with the image sticker on it. This way, if I lose a drill while hanging or storing, I know exactly which bag to look for.

Oh dear! To be honest my anxiety level kept rising the more I saw the parts fall here and there. I’ve seen one that comes with all of the drills in … for like $250 on etsy. Take care dear. MommaBk

Hi Lindsay! I made some of these myself using boxes and foam board from our dollar store. What would help is if you had a piece going across to hold the side pieces in place. It took me a while to figure it out. I used gift boxes from our dollar store and I bought some thicker small drill bags from Amazon. I got the idea of how to do this when I bought some new mugs. The dividers for the mugs gave me an idea! It took me a bit of time to figure out how to make the cuts in the foam board to hold everything up then I made a bunch of them as the only boxes I could find were smaller gift boxes with removable lids. I just love being able to store by drills in these boxes. I am hoping to buy a blank canvas and use my stash of drills to do a picture using a chart. I have cross stitched for years so hope to get real creative with all these drills. I keep the premium company’s drills separate so have a few boxes…. Hope you love this method for storing drills too. Thanks for your videos! Take care and stay safe!❤️💎

Hi, not sure if you'll see this, but I have many extras from different companies all with different numbers +codes. How do I sort them? Colour or company? Sorry if these are silly questions 😊
