Unboxing Huina CY 1580 / 580 V4 FULL METAL Excavator

So ... I've gone ahead and blown my budget for RC's this year on a Huina CY 1580 / 580 V4 FULL METAL Excavator!
I tried to do a short video ... but i think this deserved longer. Just wish it wasn't getting dark so i could do a full test and show you what its able to do ... something i'd like to see as well :)
* I contacted Modelsport on the Monday night about the faulty transmitter. Got a reply from Kris in customer services Tuesday morning, replied that afternoon, and had a replacement transmitter waiting for me on the Wednesday when i got back from work . Good job guys :)

Hi how has it held up ? Any issues ? Is it ok at digging ?

i dug my pond with it, and its held up well, have a look at my GCC scale lake excavation vids. Its not going to go through grass or anything, but in combination with a ripper can go through most soils.

i put a lipo battery in my v4 lipo 5000 mah. 7.4 volts. ull see way way better digging moving everything about it better with the upgrade battery pack lipo mate

I was thinking about about putting 1 in. Did you cut out the housing of the smoke unit to fit one or find a battery that fits the existing space ?

@@servetkurtulgan3619 try looking for rc spindle drive on banggood or aliexpress would be my guess, should be able to find electric motor ones , or hydraulic cylinders and pumps for rc's
