I know abit of the rules of the colour of the Apple logo. During when Apple was new, each Beatle wanted their own colour for what Apple should be. John wanted white, George wanted red, Paul wanted green and Ringo wanted blue I believe. Paul got his way since it was the most popular colour. But during the first few years after the breakup, each Beatle decided to go with their favourite colours for their Apple logo.

I wonder why the Japanese CD editions usually include inner sleeves, but this not case on the releases marketed elsewhere. Even if you purchase inner sleeves separately, the would not fit smoothly inside the cardboard sleeve of the European or American editions
