they should have made a 4k release of the documentary. anyway, a hard day's night film and album 60th annyversary next year. so if there was no beatles remastered release this year. that album should be next.

They're probably saving the 4k releases for a later campaign - the marketing people at the Beatles camp know that we will double and triple-dip. The only reason why AHDN was an outlier is because Apple Corps doesn't fully own the distribution rights to the movie.

@@tapsilogic the movie already have an excellent blu ray and a late 4k edition from the criterion collection last year. but there's a lot they can do with the album itself.
