Unboxing of Sennheiser TeamConnect Wireless and can it be used in seminars?

The Sennheiser TeamConnect wireless promises BYOD connectivity audio with satellites you can place in a classroom or conference room. In This video Alexander Holmeset and Ståle Hansen does unboxing, test with Skype meeting Broadcast and blutooth via mobile. The goal is to see if it can be used in a webinar and seminar scenario

Looks like a nice system for ad-hoc audio/video conferencing setups. Not so convinced of sound quality when used for recording a seminar as demonstrated in this video. Would rather go for a wireless lavalier microphone in this case. And yes, it is very expensive.

Daniel Sidler The scenario I am looking for is the simpler scenario where you don't have access to the wireless mic sound.

I see. Like if you are holding a presentation where there's an existing PA and you want to record the session in addition. In that case you might want to make sure to place one of these Sennheiser pucks close to a loudspeaker. I just felt that in the session you recorded the voice quality was not as good as it could be.

Daniel Sidler maybe a good idea, if you are able to place it near the speaker, if it's in roof, that may be difficult, then closer to speaker would be good

Thanks for the demo! Did you also test the sound the other way round, when somebody from the other side of the Skype Session is speaking and the people in the room shall hear what the others have to say in the Skype Session, or when you play a video with sound from the computer, which the people are supposed to hear well? Does that work and sound well?

For the price 4000-5000EUR, the sound quality is shit. Robbery.The video is very good thxs for the demo.
