Unboxing Onewheel GT | Upgrading from Pint X

NICE!! Have fun!!! I want to upgrade from my XR to the GT , but will have to convince my wife that it is worth the purchase.

I highly recommend it! It’s been so much fun! A massive upgrade from the Pint. I’m sure it will feel like an upgrade from the XR as well . Yeaaaa spouses are always the largest hurdle especially if they don’t ride 🙄… Godspeed! Lol

Hey how’s the upgrade been for you? Should I go gt over pint x as a first board?

The upgrade has been phenomenal! The second question…that’s a tough one lol. They are two completely different experiences. the Pint X is still a great option for a first board. The GT is beefy, heavy, and kind of a lot under your feet, especially coming from a Pint X, but once you get used to it you go faster with a bit more confidence. I took my Pint X with me to Africa (much easier to travel with) and left it there so when I go back I’ll still be able to ride, and then I come home to the states to my GT! All that to say, you can’t go wrong with either of them in my opinion. If you have an opportunity to ride each of them I would definitely suggest that so you get a feel for what you like/are comfortable with. I hope that helps!
