Disney loves their sparkles, don't they? It's why I stopped buying their Classic dolls, I disliked how every dress was covered in glitter. At least with these outfits it seems less likely to shed. I think they did a beautiful job with Tiana, and I love how her hair can be styled up or down depending on her outfit. I really like her work dress and coat - so cute!

Yes! At some point they had less glitter, I remember because I used to collect them too. But their limited edition Tiana wasn’t covered in glitter, and she was gorgeous 😍 The work outfit is absolutely the best , the quality is up to the old AG standards.

I think this is the one for me. This one will break the bank. A must have. The Tenney eyes are a huge plus. I can’t wait to have her and Claudie together sharing clothes. I’m not hating on the beignets. Yes they missed the mark on not giving her a frog.

I would love to buy all of these dolls, they are as you said gorgeous. 😍 Thank you for the review. I think AG took the shoes off and put them to the side due to the high hair on the doll and the kitten heel. If the doll had them on, between the height of the hairdo and the heel, the doll wouldn't be able to fit securely in the box. I agree, her hair is styled so nicely I would not want to mess with it, or take it down. The factory set hair is hard to get back. 😅 I wish they included the frog.🐸 That would have been too cute for words.😍

In this set of dolls Tiana is the one I REALLY WANT!!! She is my second favorite Disney princess!!! I can see getting her and making her my Claudie. I would then be able to get Claudie's collection! I am a bit surprised that she is the only one of the 3 that does not have any "friends" with her other outfits. The blue dress should have had Naveen the frog with it.

She's very cute and she has a nice unique skintone. Her work outfit is amazing and my favorite of the second outfits. I don't know I think it just seems very versatile and subtle but in a different way that it actually doesn't feel like a costume. I love the embroidery on the pockets.

Thank you for sharing this full review of everything in her collection. Everything is lovely. My favorite is her Work Dress. I really like all 3 of the girls' casual outfits. She really needed a frog with the blue dress. Kristie from AG Takes Over thought maybe they will come out with a Prince Naveen outfit later and that will come with a frog? Kris from the doll studio thought maybe her shoes weren't on because her hair is too tall. But Cinderella's hair is tall too and she has her shoes on, so I'm not sure. I like how you restyled her curls onto her forehead. Really cute.

Honestly, I think AG just forgot about the frog. It would be great it we got prince Naveen, or at least his outfit - we have a few boys who will work as Naveen.

Fun facts: I found a custom American Girl doll based on Mirabel from Encanto and showed her to my mom, who said she was very pretty. I ended up getting her for Christmas from my grandmother and she is my latest American Girl doll as on now! :) About five or six years ago, I got a Create Your Own doll based on the live-action Cinderella from the 2015 movie! She was the first Create Your Own doll I made. To be honest, I'm hoping hat an a few years they release the live-action versions of the Disney princesses as American Girl doll versions I remember going with my grandmother to Jo Ann Fabrics to get the patterns and the cloth of the Disney princesses. That would be soooooo coooooooool!!!! I made Cinderella's dress from the live-action movie and a few other dresses for 18-inch dolls based on Disney Princess dresses, but some of them literally fell apart so I gave up. That was six years ago. I was 19 at the time. I'm going to show Tiana's work outfit to my mom because she LOVES the historicals, they are her favorites! You're right. Tiana's Work Outfit is really quite fitting for the Hisoticals since it is a 1920's outfit. Interestingly enough, both Tiana and Claudie aqre blac-American girls livjng in the 1920's AND have the same mold! I think it worked out pretty well, although it would have been cool if Naceen as frog was included. Maybe it was some personal thing....

I have been thinking about the missing frog Naveen, there is always a reason for absence. So I am wondering if AG is going to either release Kristof and Naveen as dolls with one extra costume, Kristof with Sven and a troll and Naveen with frog and Louie; or release TM dolls that would fit in hair and skin color and release Disney clothing sets for each with respective character friends.
