The tiny button on the left side is a quick reset. Or, you can hold the main power button until it shuts down. But, if you're having real problems, Google search for R36S OS images (for ArkOS), and burn it to a microSD card (use a size depending on how many games you want to load), using Balena etcher or other SD image burner app. The default "blob" files (you'll find on the same websites as the OS image files) should work fine. Once you're done, stick the card in and turn it on, and wait for it to finish loading up (roughly 10 to 15 minutes), while it reallocates the free space for games. Afterwards, use you computer to load the games onto the card in the ROMS directory. Move it back into the system, and turn it on. You're done! Hope this helps! Attention sellers, you're welcome. I believe you can adjust it from retroarch, you can select the aspect ratio or select 'core provided', which I believe it is the original aspect ratio the game is supposed to be played

No, unfortunately you need to get a higher end one for GameCube and PS2 as they are more difficult to run.

@AdnanAli_313 There are several different brands to buy from. I would heavily suggest the Retroid Pocket 5 for emulation up to Nintendo Switch, however I'm guessing that's more then most people want to spend. For something that's near the price of the R36S but better is the RG35XX H. It's more expensive but has a lot better performance on N64 and PSP, also better buttons and out of the box OS. As for GameCube I would go with the RG CUBE XX, it's double the price of the R36S but can play GameCube really well even with upscaling. It can also play most of PS2 at native resolution, NDS, all N64, and even some Wii with some settings tweaking.

Technically, NO! The entire OS and ROM set (games) are on the micro SD card inserted in the first slot (right-hand side) of the console. This also means, if you have your own collection, you can load games onto the card, and increase the collection the sellers might include.

It saved you a step of having to get rid of the card, all you need is a new non Chinese one, install the os, and add games and bios then your good to go!
