Hello this is Henry, Ryan’s dad. I just want to say thank you for your kind words. The Pro Elite bag is meant to be bolted down. From there you can apply the sand over it. Be sure to wrap the laces to really secure the bags. Phase 2 will have a couple more selections. A amateur and youth bag. Enjoy!

Most fitness stuff are overpriced. If you want a cobra reflex bag this one is way better than the other ones. He has a cheaper one coming out soon which still move at around the same speed. For it to be worth 500 bucks it depends on how much use you get out of it. It does have some screw problems and for the price I was expecting more.

Great video. I have the Grodex Cobra Reflex, My Fierce Reflex is on the way and I have also had the Ringside. I just wanted to point out double end bags do not come back at you with nearly the same speed or ark as a good cobra bag

Double end bags definitely come back faster and with little force. For the cobra bags you need to hit it hard so it can move fast. It depends on which double end bag and how tight you have it. The differences are the the cobra bag will move farther back and move in different angles. Let me know how the grodex bag compares to the fierce reflex bag.

Is the bag a normal speed bag? how does it attach to the pole?

Basically a speed bag and you have to tie it with the laces. You also have to add tape

I wouldn’t recommend these bags but don’t get the amateur bag. It’s inferior to the pro bag and basically cost the same.

Actually since they lower the price of it maybe. It’s basically the same quality and rebounds pretty similar. It may not be worth the price but if you plan to use it everyday it should be good.

I had the ringside cobra bag but this bag is definitely the best cobra bag. The ringside one can’t take hard hits while this one is a lot more sturdier. The title one is decent but the rebound isn’t very good.

It comes with the base that you can only put sand in. I haven’t tried it cause it doesn’t have much weight. I think it has like 70 pounds max so probably not.

The ringside one is really bad and from materials alone this one is way higher quality. I still need some time to know if it’s worth the money. as long as it doesn’t break it is. This is definitely the best cobra bag on the market. So if you wanted a cobra bag it would be better to save up to get this one.

It’s better than a double end bag and gives a better workout. It is also $500 more than a double end bag. Not many will buy this and because of the price I would always recommend the double end bag.

M.A. Luis Does it train head movement and combinations as effectively? Because I’m an Amateur Boxer and given the current social distancing guidelines I’ve been looking for something I can use that I can use to work on my head movement, timing, and accuracy. I’m not looking at this bag as a workout tool, as much as I am looking at it as a method to improve my training.

Yea it trains all those things and works better than the double end bag, Head movement, footwork, reflexes, combos, timing, and accuracy. It works out everything like you would expect. It’s definitely a great tool to help for boxing.
