Your character, once it becomes an adult and forms its own band, has to pass an exam. Your band will go to the music teacher, then there will come 3 judges, and your band will play a song for them. It's called a pro-debut. All 3 judges have to give your band O. If any of them gives you a X your band will not pass the pro-debut. You have to bring your skill points fairly high and practice with your band; checking out different instruments for the band members also seems to work. After your band passes the pro-debut, your character will get paid every day in the morning, and it will get ridiculously high amounts of money. Hope I could help. ;)
