Hello Mr Fujita. I am a beginner guitarist so I won't teach you anything BUT I also am material science engineer and the "percussions" you found in the box are actually small silica balls in a bag to absorb the humidity that the box might contain that could damage the strings and electronics between the boxing and the unboxing. Finally Strandberg comes out with a guitar that almost anyone can afford, or at least pretty easy save up to. I have always been interested in a Strandberg guitar but I have never bought a guitar for over 1000€. I really hope Strandberg will make the Boden Essential with a tremolo system as well, preferably a lockable trem but a really good non locking trem is ok aswell, as long as it will hold it's tuning with moderate abuse :D I have never tried a Strandberg with a tremolo-system on it so I do not know how good their trem are, if they are like my Squier Classical Vibe 70s strat guitar I do not want it, my Squier goes completely out of tune even after light use of the tremolo arm, however my PRS SE Standard I can use fairly much without the guitar going out of tune, so something like that or a lockable trem like the Floyd Rose but on a cheaper Strandberg Boden Essential would really be something I could buy I just have to wait and see. Their cheapest guitar with a trem system right now is the "Strandberg Boden Classic NX 6 Trem" but that guitar costs 2000€ which is waaay out of my budget If Strandberg makes an Boden Essential with HSS (Humbucker and two singelcoils) configuration and a tremsystem on it, for cheaper price like this Essential buitar, I would buy it 100% !

Well, the neck might be ergonomic and all, but the neck joint goes up to the 15th-16th fret: so what about the last 8-9 frets where ideally you need unrestricted access, and instead your thumb is resting on the body and no longer on the neck...?

By the way, I wanted to also comment on your stainless steel fret experience.... and I understand. To compensate, I use a compressor to extend the note and a great parametric EQ to affect the bands. After 45 years playing a guitar... I refuse to purchase any electric without stainless. Only my 2005 G&L has nickel silver. All the best... Rock on!

I have many excellent guitars, but my Boden Original 6 with the Suhr pickups is the one I grab most of the time. It's just so unobtrusive and comfortable to play, no matter if I'm standing, sitting in my usual classical practice position, or in a recliner with my feet up. The lack of body behind the bridge means it nestles in your lap so nicely. Mine is also very resonant. Enjoy that thing, Tomo!

Strandberg seem to make guitars in batches and they sell out pretty fast. There was a left handed Boden released in 2023 and I managed to get a black one (the blue version had already sold out). After that success they might be encouraged to make more. Your best bet is to register your interest so they let you know ahead of the release.
