You should upload a 1 year review with accessories you’ve bought and any changes you’ve had since getting the machine. Also I noticed that shot you pulled was really runny maybe a fiber grind size would pull better shots.

Tips for frothing the milk! : don’t pull down too fast that’ll cause it to be bubbly and not rich and creamy and smooth so it slow when you’re pulling the milk down and make a paper ripping noise and hold for about 5 seconds otherwise you’ll burn the milk

We just got this and are going to be using the same coffee beans as you until we get our others…do you mind sharing what grind settings you used or if you messed with the side dial grind settings, thanks!

Grind setting 11 worked best for me but when you get your fresh coffee you will see how much better it is with fresh! It’s hard to get it super perfect with old espresso beans! It still tasted good on grind 11 but with the fresh beans it tastes amazing everytime !!

I use the malk oat milk! I get it from Whole Foods! You can up the setting for how frothy you want it! If you want it thick and foamy set it to 4 or 5 !
