Thanks for checking out my video everyone! Just a quick note, the mystery rubber rectangle piece is for wrapping around a shaft when using the shaft mount for better grip if needed or to increase the diameter of the shaft. Confirmed with Garmin this morning :) Thanks and tight lines!

glad you made this video, just got my gpsmsps 8610 and lvs32 today,my 2 18v Milwaukee 9ah lithium batteries and the housing connecter for the batteries,gonna mount it to a aluminum pole set up, can't chance the lvs32 cable to the minn kota ulterra trolling motor,so I'll be busy tomorrow, stay safe and FISH-ON MICK IN FL, 😎

Need a transducer travel cover? Seen a 32 with a Crack from going down the road. A small rock hit the transducer! I am pretty sure my buddy cried for awhile in his garage with the door shut! 😆

OMG I would lose it lol! I'm actually planning on ordering one from Summit. I JUST got their ice transducer pole but they didn't have any covers in stock when I ordered but I think they're in now :)

I bought the Panoptix PS22 ice fishing bundle and I am loving it....would love the livescope but budget just wouldn't allow it.

The PS22 will still get the job done and in my opinion a great option for ice fishing. I find it hard to read in forward facing view when looking at structure, but downview on the ice is super easy to work with.

Also* For the transducer plug. The locking clip on the end of it, is that able to come off by chance?

Definitely don't want to tightly tie-wrap that signal cable... best thing would be to, if possible, route it thru some sort of conduit

Yeah if you have conduit running use that and tape or something. I think the warning is more for when you are securing it to a shaft of some kind as most folks will use zipties for cables. I'll be using plastic shaft clips made for exactly this purpose.

You do for everything except for the LVS12, which will work if you plug it directly to any Echomap Ultra or GPSMap 86** chart plotters. It will not work with UHD or Plus Echomaps.

you got a two hundred rebate because its the old model. LVS34 is the new model which is a lot better. Sorry

the lvs34 wasn't announced yet when the unit was on sale (don't forget, I bought it over 6 months ago), but I think a lot of us were pretty sure something new was on the way because Garmin tends to put out new products every year or every couple of years to keep their product churn going. I already have the lvs34 on the way 🤣 the LVS 32 is absolutely perfect for ice fishing and there's no reason to go to the 34, and now you have an amazing chance to get them even cheaper!
