I AM EXTREMELY DESAPOINTED OF THE ONE I BOUGHT AT LA GUILDE CULINAIRE ON ST-DENIS STREET the dough keeps getting stuck and goes in circle over the roller of the fettucini/spaghetti, NO COOKBOOK in the box.. cost me 300$ can. almost threw it thru the window. 4:19 check how YOURS slide right in... mine 3/4 only slide in or if i try to push it more it get stuck.

Does the normal pasta machine come with the spaghetti and fettuccine attachment or do you have to buy those separately

The standard pasta machine comes with fettuccine and spaghetti attached. Or spaghetti and tagliolini.. Depending on what model it is...

Where did you purchase your unit? Does it have the aluminum rollers or steel? I ask this bc the newer version has aluminum rollers with plastic removable fingers.

They all come with the aluminum rollers now. I'm not sure how many years it has been that way, but my brother has one that is about 20 years old that came with the stainless steel rollers.
