you be surprised how many bikes are getting stolen anymore wether from your house when your sleep to gun point. but woth air tags and other trackers there's no reason you shouldn't have one of your bike. I know I got mine with GPS tags.

It touches the speed mark of 299 kmph in no time, If the electronic limiter is not there then, it can easily beat most of the litre class bikes..It has got the dna of m1....and the engine is very capable... Any experienced superbiker say that it is not a beginner litre class bike....the power delivery is most aggressive

Why you want many flames? Does Yamaha make it to do that? In other words all the engineers at Yamaha that spent years going to college learning how to design engines exhaust systems principle aerodynamics and 100 other topics don't want Flames to come out of their bike but you think it's going to be better if it does you know more than the technicians and the engineers and the multi-millionaires and the designers at Yamaha you must be a smart dude

@@Mr.Robert1 if you read my comment I never mentioned I wanted flames, I mentioned that flames were a result of a full exhaust without a tune. I recommended a tune to fix that issue. Also, I do not know if you watch MotoGP or not but the M1 shoots flames when you are on the power and downshift before a turn. The reasons why most street bikes do not throw flames is because they have been tuned for emissions not for performance.

Well as a mechanic, there is really IS only 1 way to break a motorcycle In...!! Dyno for sure....!! The Rings only stretch 1 time above a certain temp, once that happens it has sealed it self just right to the cylinder wall and will slightly wear in the walls and scrape the micro milling from it. I suggest multiple oil changes In between runs to get the shavings accumulated in the oil and out of the cases. A oil flush if you will.. This also does not allow blow back from the combustion cycle, resulting in NO or MINIMAL carbon build up on the piston skirts..my 2cents

I break bikes on the manufacturer recommendations in the handbook. Afterall they are supplying the warranty. The black box on the bike tells the dealership if the bike was properly broken in if an engine warranty claim submitted.

The dealership does not have access to the black box, but the manufacturer does. The manufacturer warranty is offered and honored by the manufacturer and not the dealership.

Fabulous looking R1M. Class machine. Question for you I have a Suzuki bking 2008. Extremely custom project build . Ideally looking for an aftermarket fuel cap. But it’s proving difficult to find a nice billet or carbon fuel cap. Any help would be great.

@@Motomillion india, Here we have to pay more than 30 to 35 percent on tax and have very strict laws can't get a custom exhaust it's considered as offence that's okay but the sad part is that we can't have any mods in our bikes mods which attracts others attention considered as violation of law and for the gas prices we sell gas to other contries much cheaper than gas sold here and our gas price is more than the current us gas price . If you consider these you guys are so lucky.

nice, but it is 2022 model. edit: nice modes plans, but - brakes are fine, until you pushed R1 really really hard on track. i mean really hard. wheels are magnesium, so you really go only for asthetics with new ones. Akrapovic is nice and needed mod for this engine. I like all black brake lever (has to change mine on Lightech). and sets - these are nice, but others, dedicated one has got more grip (like Lightech, Spiders, even Rizoma). And last - tyres. For street/daily - R11 are very very nice. For track - V02's are superior :)

@@Motomillion well, i undestand your (i mean US) system of date/year production. Ussually, when car or bike is produced on September it is marked like next model year. But really in this case this is the same model. This is still RN65 with not, even minor changes, so it is only pure marketing. As you know this model (this body type) starts on 2015 as RN32, then was some engine changes in 2017 and it was RN49, and now we have RN65 since 2019...
