Just a heads up, those cells aren't safe. Yes its LifePO4. No, it's not overspeced. BMS here is truly awful, since it's basically a voltage leveling through a load device (engine fills the battery with ions/electrons/protons/whatever and that circuit board wastes them as heat at the best case scenario of a few watts per pack (14*2=28), essentially acting like an overflow hole on a bucket, but the hole drains the bucket slower than the engine is able to fill it up). So the problem with balancing still persists and it's would be smarter to either get a real BMS with load balancing and shutoffs (possibly triggering the red triangle when activated) or getting the round nimh cells.

Can you do a review of the new v3 Sodium battery and the GT? I held off on the LFP battery, and glad I did because of some issues with degradation and even some fires apparently. I like the product but still nervous about going ahead.

Eco will always be better… however I don’t use it because vehicle goes very weak jajajajajajjaaa so I just enjoy my normal setup just fine…

Better always with insulated tools… but it’s quite safer with the plug grip off…

Not at all… Audi uses lithium Ion batteries which are way stronger than this

All versions have a cell balancing system, but it's ~5 watts per cell.

My 2017 Niro FE hybrid battery just died at 423,000 miles. I bought it in June 2018 as a new leftover. I average between 80-100 thousand miles a year Escorting Oversize Loads on semi's. The Dealership wants $10,000 for a new one......... which is complete BS!!! That battery is $2,300 new with a $2,500 core charge. Less than $5G. So why $10G and why wouldn't I get the core fee back? It was cheaper to buy another 2017 FE with 171,000 miles, less than $10,000....and, just broken in, LOL. Now I need to find a used battery. I've seen some for around $1,500. I'd rather have a new one but I'm told I can't order one without an RA number from KIA, only available to authorized service centers. So, used is only option for now. Hint, Hint, Hint...... I've been building high capacity drone batteries for over 20 years, maybe I'll have a good look at this dead battery until something comes along.
