Nagtry ako kanina pumunta sa branch sabi email or call cs na lang daw 😂 last nov call ako cs sabi upon activation ng physical card ang counting ng 20k for 2 months. Sakin mag-2 months na. Raised a ticket online, nagreply via email after a week. Nagrequest nalang ako na for pick up sa nearest branch pero after 1 month wala pa din sa branch yung card ko 😅 hirap tawagan ng CS nila, even contact number sa branches di matawagan/sumasagot. Better na wag nalang iactivate, sakit sa ulo hahaha!
