Spec, as far as I know, is as much to do with what the actual brand want to do also. They set out their criteria and the model brand spec the model to suit. Would be great to see though, I saw photos of a new deutz that looked very similar in spec.

1. what screws is the base secured with and 2. why are you comparing it to a massey?

@ just small Philips head type screws. The comparison to the Massey was to show how universal hobbies used to make their models, little functional parts & detail eg.Linkage.

Numerous metal parts, chassis, portions of the bonnet and linkage. Rear wheel mudguards were traditional metal with UH also.
