Definitely fits better in my hand compared to classic Zippos, I think I'll buy only Armors from now. But there's still one thing that bother me... They used exactly the same hinge for Armor case, I don't know why Zippo isn't considering making something more durable than that. But I don't really care right now, I treat this lighter more carefully than en egg, so I'm not gonna do any tricks with it. It is still beautifully shining, H 22 on the stamp:)

@@bloodrazor5213 haha that’s awesome buds new u would love it. The only armor I have broke I did tricks on non stop. All my other armors that are years old have fine hinges because I never tricked with them. So yours will last a life time. Also I wouldn’t worry about it because the life time free warranty

Well, I ordered one of these, it should arrive here in two days from now. My first new Zippo in ten years. My last one I got as a gift in 2012 but never used it. I used my IMCO since then and I liked it very much. But now, I think it's Zippo-time again. So thanks for the video (and all the others i've seen on your chanel, especially the one where you explain the work on the hinge. My oldest Zippo from 1962 works very fine after I followed your instructions), it gives me some kind of anticipation. Greetings from Austria.

Brass is my favorite for sure! I need another armor too. My last one was lost or stolen more likely, but gone nonetheless. Gonna hopefully be adding some of these wishlist zippos this year. One at a time lol. Thanks for sharing bud! The new one I etched today turns out is from my birth month too March. Always love to get those happy surprises. ✌ Still on the hunt for an 86 official birthday zip, but one day I'll find it.

Just got a Antique Silver Plate Armor for Christmas. Will be waiting on your video. I ordered the fancy ultimate Justice insert on AliExpress it has the metal gasket bottom, I also ordered one of the Zorro inserts with the Chimney Cap cam. The metal gasket off of the fancy one does not readily fit an American-made Zippo insert unfortunately. Flint tube diameters are not compatible. I'm sure it could be made to work, but it was such a nice insert I just bought a vintage look Zippo brass case for it. I took the Chimney Cap cam off of the other Zorro insert use my Dremel tool to remove the factory cam on an American Zippo insert. Only after installing it using the eyeglass screw method you showed in one of your old videos did I realize that it wasn't compatible with an American Zippo insert either haha. The opening on the chimney between the chimney and the Flint wheel is not wide enough. I put a cutting wheel on my Dremel tool however and made it work but it required extensive modification of the Zippo insert. I'm happy with the outcome, but it's not Plug and Play. Edit: It works great, but due to the material you have to remove you lose the Zippo "ping" when you open it.

Hahah yes every modification comes with a price unfortunately. Oh I like that vintage look brass with that insert must be very sharp. Armor antique silver must of been awesome to open on Xmas. That’s a great lighter. One I don’t actually own
