“I recorded this song with a complete disregard for the ability to play it live, so I wanted to translate it into something that still felt dynamic with a single* synth patch. On the Deepmind 12, I use an expression pedal and velocity to control parameters like filter cutoff, release stage of the filter envelope, and reverb/delay send. I made a generative wind chime patch on the Zoia which is also at my feet, where the expression pedal controls speed/density of random notes. Thanks for listening!”-feral parrot
