Good video, thanks a lot for sharing. The two areas are probably there because there is a "traditional" split between data, document, and records management, so they probably developed the functionality accordingly. My guess is they will merge them in the future but will allow you to differentiate in terms of what you are aiming to achieve.

Great video for insights to record management in purview, very helpful. Whilst it seems silly to have two areas, record management and document management have very distinct differences, and it is necessary to define what is what and how to action them so I can see why they've made a point of it. 😊
