I'm an Insurance Agent lic for all 50 states. The insurance shock has been quietly taking place for 2 years. I have some customers are leaving FL for that reason. Factor the insurance first on homes of interest.

You are just a real estate agent, it's in your interest to sell even at the expense of others. What if they buy now and the housing market crashes??? Nothing to you, you already got your money while others are stuck being upside down

Whenever someone buys a home, the housing market could crash.. but regarding reality, there is no indication that there is a housing crash on the horizon. Just because people complain and may want it, that doesn't mean a housing crash is coming.. those same people were saying the housing market was going to crash ever since 2012..they are still waiting and I guess a broken clock is right 2 times a day...

@advisorSirAshley there are a ton of people saying it's going to crash. But I imagine as a real estate agent you should be informed as to if there is potential for one to occur or not. A few real estate channels are saying there is one on the way
