Yes, transfer of power should be immediate without any time lag, otherwise the party in power will play all sorts ' NAKARAS' before handing over the power to the opposition party....nowhere in the world is there so much time lag of 50 to 60 days in handing over power....Trump should amend this provision in the their constitution....

Excellent analysis of "deep state". I'll say from our spiritual pov as I'm v much interested and thought a lot: T's nothing but intelligence which's less than "discrimination." In Sri Vishnusahasranamam, God is stated twice as "possessor of beneficial intelligence". What CIA, MI6, or KGB or any best ghost we can imagine is "desire, selfish" motivated. Dems or GOP or Kings, Queens may come and go. The utter core selfishness remains as the base. They don't want other countries to prosper, not necessarily as a competitor. Selfishness has in-built fear.
