Hey Carl, I would suggest using the "photogrammetry" method of scanning the locations into a 3-dimensional location that folks can explore in digital. With this process, you take hundreds of photos from all angles in order to cover every aspect of the area, then use a preferred software, like PixelPro, to stich them all together into one amazing, fully-rotational image that a viewer can see in high definition detailing. Egyptologists use this method all the time to record the tombs and site they find.

You can layer different metals and materials very much like this. We already use similar technology. It's called thermal spray technology. You heat up powdered materials and it's sprayed and heated to plasma then sprayed onto parts. This is done for jet engines and high wear parts to add a hardened layer. There is no reason we couldn't spray thin layers to make a metal circuit board of sorts. This technology didn't exist in 1947 but it does now today.

If you really do think there's a phase array system underground, why would you NOT dig it up? I'm calling bs. This is just like skinwalker ranch. They refuse to actually do any digging. Same as hooking up a bunch of equipment and not knowing what's a normal baseline or what kind of readings might not show up in a short baseline but can be expected in a longer sample period in a non anomalous setting
