I know it seems like she's being rough and rude to the kids, but I believe she's doing them a huge favour shes drilling home how to show respect and to present yourself professionally, and to take this seriously. Both kids are nervous but are not taking this matter as seriously as they should. They probably view it equivalent to going to the principals office for them

I thank my parents for not permitting me to get into a car with a teenage driver. I thank my parents for not permitting me to get onto a motorcycle. My parents wanted me alive and didn't care about what other parents let their children do. My parents had their rules and if I wanted to see the light of day other than when I was going to and coming home from school, I knew best to abide by those rules. Thank you, mom and dad.

It's painful to see this, my cousin went joyriding a few days before his 18th. The police caught up to them, 6 kids in the car, 3 got out and ran and 3 jumped into a river to escape. My cousin never got out of the river. It took a few days to find his body and to know he did it to himself just makes it worse, even 32 years later this still hurts everyone. These kids don't think of the consequences, they act like they're immortal.

I work around 18-20 something year olds and I realized that a lot of them cannot speak. Bad grammar. Mumbling. Or just stare at you. It’s crazy. Being an 80s baby from the old dirty Bronx, NY, we knew how to speak when it came to adults especially during important situations. Each new generation is becoming more and more sad.

I need people on here to do research okay.. Car thefts and break-ins have been happening in high numbers since the 50’s/60’s…. joy riding is nothing new!!! Don’t forget when hot wiring cars became popular!! This also has NOTHING to do with race or having a dad because plenty of children from two-parent households are caught spray painting houses, joyriding in their parents cars.. etc.. You can be the best parent in the world and your child still decide to go wayward!!! This is a tale as old as time!

Wow! Times have not changed bc JJ had to correct them. It is how parents are raising them. When we were 12 & 13, we had a far better structured vocabulary, manners, and attire for court would have looked liked Sunday Church clothes. PERIOD to All of the above. And they look older so that makes it worse. These kids aren't slow bc they could figure out stealing the money, depending it3, and even replacing the gas used. Worse, is that they deceived their parents to the point of going to Court for justice!!!!
